Reconciliation Action Plan
Reconciliation Action Plan
º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ (RBGV) is proud to have finalised its second Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) – and first , and are currently developing our next Innovate RAP to further our reconciliation journey.
Our Innovate RAP encourages us to look outward and promote reconciliation in all our work: from our public programs, storytelling and education; to our landscaping and planting schemes; and the interpretation of our scientific collections and research.
The RAP also formalises our commitment to promoting cultural safety in our workplace, and working towards a society that understands and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, knowledge, contributions and cultures.
Our Innovate RAP was developed by the º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½â€™ RAP Working Group, with the input and endorsement of the Traditional Owners of our two sites: Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation and Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation.
