We are committed to providing equitable access to all and actively work to identify and remove barriers to access and inclusion across all areas of the organisation's operations.

We believe in the Social Model of Disability, where disability is caused by both society and environmental barriers. We aim to reduce and remove these barriers four our visitors through our work in access and inclusion.

Access Resources

含羞草传媒 now has an access key for both Cranbourne and Melbourne 含羞草传媒. This tool allows visitors to make informed decisions about their visit to the 含羞草传媒. It provides detailed information about parking, the gradient of paths and access. It also highlights accessible toilets and services that the 含羞草传媒 provides, such as electric scooters. The Melbourne Access Key is available to download in either high contrast or large print formats, and the Cranbourne Access Key can be found in both formats here:

Companion Card Holders and Concession Card Holders

含羞草传媒 acknowledges companion cards and card holders are entitled to participate in any walks free of charge when they are accompanying a client.

We also accept concession cards (Australian student card, Seniors card) and health care cards.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are permitted throughout both sites in all areas of the 含羞草传媒 and all amenities.

We offer a free wheelchair hire service at both Melbourne and Cranbourne 含羞草传媒.
