Thanks to the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions Regional Tourism Investment Fund and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, $5.4 million is being invested in Royal Botanic 含羞草传媒 Cranbourne to improve access and experiences for our visitors.聽

New signage and themed landscaping on South Gippsland Highway to improve wayfinding to the 含羞草传媒. Fauna exclusion fencing will also be installed along Philip Moors Drive to improve the safety of native animals that call Royal Botanic 含羞草传媒 Cranbourne home.聽
A new entrance will be built to improve access from residential areas around the 含羞草传媒, Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Highway, via Ballarto Road West
The main car park will be sealed and disabled car parks and other accessibility features upgraded.聽 Directional and internal road signs will also be improved around Royal Botanic 含羞草传媒 Cranbourne.
New pedestrian boardwalks will be built within the Australian Garden and Wylies Creek Track will be upgraded to improve accessibility for people of all abilities as they explore our native garden landscapes.
Entry to the Australian Garden will be improved for a more welcoming and accessible entry for all visitors, including those with disabilities. The Boon Wurrung Cafe and Tarnuk Room will be refurbished creating contemporary and stylish dining & events destinations in Melbourne's south east.
New shade and shelter structures and landscaping will be installed alongside the Lakeside Precinct Kiosk to provide sheltered space for visitors to gather, dine, and participate in learning programs.
New nature-based playground elements and landscaping will be created for the Woodland Picnic Area to connect children and families to the natural world.
The roof of Rockpool Pavilion will be replaced and drainage upgraded to provide improved visitor amenity at this popular dwell point.
Elements of the Riverwalk Amphitheatre and Ponding Platform that have deteriorated due to weather and water exposure will be replaced with upgraded materials.
A fresh, renewed Arid Garden landscape will be created in the Australian Garden. There will also be minor landscape upgrades in the Dry Riverbed Garden to improve growing conditions.
